This document contains the terms and conditions governing the use of the t252x platform by all users in Malaysia. Please read carefully before registering or using any of our services.

Acceptance of These Terms and Conditions
By accessing, registering, or using the t252x platform on https://t252x.net or related mobile apps, you agree to be bound by all terms and conditions set forth in this document. This acceptance is full and unconditional.
If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the t252x platform. Continued use following any term changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
The t252x platform is only permitted for use by individuals aged 18 and above. By registering, you confirm you have reached the minimum age required and are legally eligible to use this service in your jurisdiction. t252x reserves the right to request age verification at any time and to suspend accounts suspected of being held by underage users.
These terms apply to all services provided by t252x, including but not limited to Sports Betting, Live Casino, poker, slots, and all other entertainment games available on the platform, whether accessed via web browser or mobile app.
Account Creation, Security and User Responsibilities
Account Registration
Each user is allowed only one active account on the t252x platform. Multiple registrations by the same individual are strictly prohibited and may result in suspension or permanent closure of all related accounts. All information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and up-to-date.
T252x reserves the right to verify user identities at any time through identity verification (KYC) processes. Users are required to provide valid identification documents when requested, including identity card or passport. Failure to comply may result in temporary restrictions on the account.
Password and Account Security
Users are solely responsible for keeping their password and account login details confidential. t252x will never ask for your password via email, text message, or any other channel outside of the platform's official login form.
Any activity occurring under your account is your responsibility. If you suspect unauthorized access, you must immediately notify the t252x support team via email at [email protected].
User Responsibilities
Users agree not to use the t252x platform for any unlawful purposes or activities prohibited by these terms. This includes attempts to hack, manipulate, or disrupt platform operations; sharing login credentials; using automated software or bots for betting; or engaging in any fraudulent activity.
Users also agree not to distribute any content that is offensive, defamatory, or harmful via any communication channels provided by the platform.
Payments, Deposits and Transactions in Malaysian Ringgit
Official Currency
All transactions on the t252x platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Deposits, withdrawals and all financial activities are recorded and displayed in RM. t252x is not responsible for any losses resulting from currency exchange fluctuations if you use cards or accounts denominated in foreign currencies.
Payment Methods
T252x accepts various commonly used local payment methods in Malaysia including online bank transfers via FPX, e-wallets, and other options displayed on the platform’s deposit page. All payment methods are subject to minimum and maximum limits which may change from time to time.
Withdrawal Processing
Withdrawal requests will be processed within the timeframe specified by the platform, depending on the withdrawal method chosen and any required verification procedures. t252x reserves the right to request additional documents for verification before approving any withdrawal. Funds won through bonuses or promotions may be subject to additional wagering conditions outlined in the related promotional terms.
Users are responsible for ensuring their registered bank account or e-wallet details are accurate. t252x is not liable for withdrawal delays or failures caused by incorrect information provided by the user.
Disputed Transactions
Any transaction disputes must be submitted to t252x within 30 days from the transaction date. Disputes submitted after this period may not be processed. t252x will investigate all disputes fairly based on the transaction records stored in the system.
Liability Limits, Account Policy and Intellectual Property
Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, t252x is not responsible for any indirect, consequential, or incidental losses arising from the use or inability to use this platform, including but not limited to financial losses from betting, service interruptions due to system maintenance, or unauthorized access to user accounts caused by user negligence.
The t252x platform is provided on an "as is" basis. While we strive to keep the platform running smoothly, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free service, or that it will always meet specific user requirements.
Account Suspension and Closure
T252x reserves the right to suspend or close user accounts without prior notice if there is reasonable evidence or suspicion of fraud, breach of these terms, abuse of bonuses or promotions, or illegal activities. In such cases, account balances may be held during investigation.
Users may also request to voluntarily close their accounts at any time by contacting the t252x support team. Account closure requests will be processed once all pending transactions are settled and any applicable wagering requirements are met.
Intellectual Property
All content on the t252x platform, including but not limited to logos, interface design, text, graphics, images, software code, and databases, is the exclusive property of t252x or its licensors and protected by copyright and related intellectual property laws. Users are not permitted to copy, distribute, modify, or commercially exploit any platform content without prior written consent from t252x.

The t252x platform may contain links to third-party websites or services. These links are provided solely for user convenience. t252x holds no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party sites and makes no warranties regarding those sites. Users access third-party links at their own risk.
Amendments to Terms and Applicable Law
Right to Amend Terms
T252x reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these terms at any time at our discretion. Any material changes will be communicated to users via platform notifications or registered email. Users are responsible for regularly reviewing the terms to ensure compliance with the latest version.
Continued use of the t252x platform after any amendments take effect shall be deemed acceptance of the updated terms by the user.
Applicable Law
These terms are governed by and interpreted under Malaysian law. Any disputes arising from or related to these terms that cannot be resolved through direct negotiation shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the relevant courts in Malaysia. Users hereby agree to submit to Malaysian courts for dispute resolution.
Terms Language
These terms and conditions are written primarily in Malay. In case of any discrepancies between translations in other languages and the Malay version, the Malay version shall prevail as the final reference.
