Privacy Policy t252x — Your Information, Our Responsibility

This document explains how t252x collects, uses, stores, and protects the personal information of users in Malaysia. We are committed to safeguarding your privacy and handling your data in a transparent and responsible manner.

Effective date: 1 January 2026. Last updated: 2026.

Information We Collect from You

When you register and use the t252x platform, we collect several categories of information to enable us to deliver our services securely and efficiently.

Account & Identity Information

This includes your full name, email address, phone number, date of birth, and registered password. For identity verification (KYC) purposes, we may request a copy of your MyKad or passport. This information is required to ensure account security and meet platform operating requirements.

Payment Information

When you make a deposit or withdrawal in Malaysian Ringgit (RM), we record transaction details including the amount, payment method and timestamp. For bank transfers and FPX, we retain the registered bank account number. We do not store credit or debit card details directly on our servers — card processing is handled by secure third-party payment processors.

Device, Browser & Usage Data

We automatically collect technical information when you access the platform, including IP address, browser type, device operating system, screen resolution, session duration, and pages visited. This data is used to diagnose technical issues, improve platform performance, and detect suspicious activity.

Cookies & Session Tracking

The t252x platform uses cookies to maintain your login session, store language preferences, and keep platform features running properly. Session cookies are cleared when you close your browser, while persistent cookies remain until they expire or you delete them manually. You can manage cookie settings through your browser, though this may affect certain platform functionality.

How We Store and Protect Your Data

Technical Security

All data transmitted between your device and t252x servers is encrypted using industry-standard SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protocol. You can verify this secure connection via the padlock icon in your browser's address bar. Account passwords are never stored in plain text — they are hashed using a one-way, irreversible encryption method.

Our servers are protected by firewalls and intrusion detection systems. Access to user databases is restricted to authorised personnel only, with strict access controls and full audit logs maintained at all times.

Data Retention Period

Active account information is retained for as long as your account remains active. Once an account is closed, t252x retains transaction records and relevant identity information for the minimum period required for legal compliance and the resolution of any outstanding disputes. Data that is no longer needed will be securely deleted or anonymised.

Third-Party Sharing

T252x does not sell or rent users' personal information to third parties. We share only the minimum necessary data with authorised payment processors to facilitate transactions in RM, and with relevant authorities where required under applicable Malaysian law. All third-party service providers we engage are bound by strict confidentiality agreements.
